Demonstration instrument for lossless measurement of DC and AC voltages. Due to the high insulation resistance (approx. 1014 ©), the instrument loads the voltage source insignificantly. Equipment for demonstrating photoelectric power and determining Planck's constant. A photocell is equipped with filters that only transmit light of a certain wavelength. The photocell is illuminated with light from a Hg lamp. The potassium cathode then emits electrons that pass over to the unlit anode. Over time, a voltage arises that prevents new electrons from reaching the anode. The resulting voltage is measured with a measuring amplifier and a voltmeter.
