Avantor Celebrates 2024 Top Responsible Supplier Program Performance Award Winners

Avantor recognizes we cannot achieve our long-term sustainability goals without the support of our suppliers. Our Responsible Supplier Program is our approach to embedding sustainability practices throughout our supply chain and ensuring Avantor’s suppliers are well-positioned to meet the sustainability challenges of the future. We are collaborating, educating, measuring, and recognizing our suppliers’ performance across four key topics – Climate Change, Human Rights, Nature Conservation, and Resource Circularity. We hold anyone working for or with Avantor to the standards of our company Code of Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct.

Avantor's Responsible Supplier Program was created to drive significant progress in sustainability across our global supply chain. Since its launch, we have witnessed remarkable advancements, with more suppliers committing to the Science-Based Target initiative and actively participating in EcoVadis’ sustainability ratings program.

As we continue fostering a culture of collaboration and sustainability, we are thrilled to announce the winners of our 2024 Top Responsible Supplier Program Performance Award. This marks the second time we are recognizing suppliers that have consistently demonstrated an outstanding commitment to responsible sourcing and sustainability excellence.

This year, we proudly honored two exceptional suppliers at our regional sales conferences who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to meeting our sustainability goals. Both companies have successfully collaborated with us, achieved our sustainable sourcing targets, and maintained high EcoVadis scores.
