CD300A is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the CD300 family. CD300A consists of a 163 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) with one Ig-like V- type domain, a 21 amino acid transmembrane segment, and a 98 amino acid cytoplasmic domain with tyrosine residues. CD300A is expressed not only by natural killer (NK) cells but also by T-cell subsets, B-cells, dendritic cells, mast cells, granulocytes and monocytes. CD300A is an inhibitory receptor which may contribute to the down-regulation of cytolytic activity in natural killer (NK) cells, and to the down-regulation of mast cell degranulation.

WDR35 Antibody: WD40 repeats are a common structural module in eukaryotic proteins, and proteins containing WD40 domains have a wide range of functions, including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, RNA splicing, and transcription. One such protein, WDR35, also known as CED2, has been shown to be mutated in patients with Sensenbrenner syndrome/cranioectodermal dysplasia (CED), an autosomal-recessive disease that is characterized by craniosynstosis and ectodermal and skeletal abnormalities. WDR35 localizes to cilia and dentrosomes during embryogenesis and human and mouse fibroblasts that lack this gene fail to produce cilia. Mutations in this gene can also cause short-rib polydactyly syndromes due to abnormal ciliogenesis.

SLC35D2 Antibody: The solute carrier family SLC35 consists of at least 17 proteins that act as nucleotide sugar transporters localized to the Golgi apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum. The role of the ER-resident SLC family member SLC35D2 is to transport both UDP-glucuronic acid and UDP-N-acetylgalactosamine. Its overexpression in transfected cells modulated cell surface heparin sulfate expression, suggesting that SLC35D2 is involved in heparin sulfate synthesis. SLC35D2-overexpressing cells also showed increased constitutive and hypotonic stress-stimulated release of UDP-GlcNAc, suggesting that SLC35D2 may be involved in UDP-sugar release and cell signaling.
