Structurally and mechanistically different compounds for studying the roles of pro- and anti-autophagic molecules in cells and in vitro applications.

The Screen-well® autophagy library contains 94 compounds with defined autophagy-inducing or -inhibitory activity. Compounds are dissolved in DMSO at 10 mM or 1 mM and aliquoted into deep-well plates at 100 or 500 µl per well. A variety of structurally and mechanistically different compound classes are included. A useful tool for studying the roles of pro- and anti-autophagic molecules in cells as well as for use in in vitro applications.
