The CT3 are robust analysers used for both compression and tensile testing in environments where routine tests are required.
- Six built-in test modes with storage for up to ten customised test methods
- Two adjustable base tables for versatility with position range of 1 to 100 mm for larger samples
- A range of probes available for new application opportunities
It calculates a number of physical properties correlated to human sensory evaluation of food and other consumer products. Custom reports and graphs can be created using the optional software Texture Pro CT.
Certifications: GME and GMIA monographs for gelatine bloom assessment with AOAC probe included in TA-P-Kit2.
