NPP ELISA alkaline phosphatase substrate

NPP ELISA alcaline phosphatase substrate is a chromogenic substrate used in immunosorbent assays.

Phosphatase-conjugated detection antibodies can act upon the pNPP to convert it to a yellow para-nitrophenol. This yellow product can be measured on a spectrophotometer at 405 nm.

Ordering information: Diluent buffer NPP-B500 for NPP-10 has to be ordered separately.

Caution: Both the substrate and buffer have to be stored at 4 °C prior to opening and should be protected from moisture and light.
