For counting leucocytes, thrombocytes and erythrocytes. All group squares have triple border lines.

• Four large squares in the corners are divided into 16 squares each (leucocyte counting)
• Large square in the middle divided in 25 squares, each of which is further divided into 16 small squares
• The middle line determines whether cells in the border area are to be included in one square or the other
