Pierce™ DNA Extraction Buffer, Phenol:Chloroform and Tris Buffer

Phenol-chloroform, is phenol supplied premixed with chloroform:isoamyl alcohol (25:24:1) and accompanying bottle of buffer to equilibrate at either pH 6,7 or pH 8,0.
