Crucibles, Metalware™

These crucibles are made from nickel (99,6% pure).

• Suitable for most acids and alkalis
• Recommended working temperature range up to 350 °C

Can be used at temperatures up to 800 °C, but this will diminish the working life of the crucible.

Lids are available separately. Nickel lids feature an extended tab for lifting the lid clear using nickel tongs. Use nickel tongs for handling nickel crucibles and lids with nickel bow crucible tongs to avoid contamination.
