Potassium channel blocker. Blocks small conductance Ca²⁺ -activated K⁺ channels. Inhibits TRPM7 currents. Shows antipyretic, antimalarial, analgesic, anti-infla mMatory and anticonvulsant effects in vivo. Orally active.
