Two-stage, oil-sealed vacuum pump based on the rotary vane principle. The oil injected into the suction chamber is used to seal, lubricate and cool. The intake branch and exhaust are fitted with small flanges. Typically used for mass spectrometers, electron microscopes, sterilisers, freeze-drying units, in chemistry and research laboratories, for the production of imaging tubes, in general vacuum technology and as a pre-vacuum pump for high-vacuum pumping systems.
