Electrodes, Tweezertrodes™

Tweezertrodes™ are reusable, tweezer style electrodes for in vivo drug or gene delivery applications.

• The gap between the electrodes may be adjusted up to 2 cm and have a positive electrode indicator
• Choice of 7 or 10 mm diameter electrode

Tweezertrodes™ consist of a standard 11,5 cm long tweezer modified with stainless steel circular disc electrodes inserted at the tip. Following injection of the molecule of interest, the electrode discs grasp the target tissue and an electroporation pulse is delivered, initiating pore formation and incorporation of the molecules into the tissue cells that are in direct contact with the electrode.

Pulse length range: 10 µsec to 99 msec in PBS.
