These thermometers are designed for tough applications. They have two scales; in the upper part is the setting scale and in the lower part the indication or temperature scale. The setting of the temperature by means of a special contact wire which can be moved up or down the temperature scale.

• The temperature setting is adjusted by rotating part of the cap which in turn moves a threaded spindle
• Rapid response to temperature changes in approximately 1 to 1,2 seconds in standard vessels
• Threaded spindle in stainless steel for smooth running of the setting mechanism
• Switching operation inside a hermetically closed space filled with inert gas
