The EasySep™ Human Pan-Granulocyte Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate granulocytes (eosinophils, basophils and neutrophils) from normal peripheral whole blood by negative selection. Undesired cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognising non-granulocytes and magnetic particles. The labelled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
