Culture medium kit for expansion of human gastric organoids.

Reliably and efficiently expand human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived gastric organoids to use as a model system with direct relevance to the developing stomach. With serum-free STEMdiff™ Gastric Organoid Expansion Medium, you can reproducibly maintain gastric organoid cultures for studying gastric development, inflammation, regeneration, and microbial interaction, or for disease modeling. Based on publications by McCracken et al. and Bartfeld et al., STEMdiff™ Gastric Organoid Expansion Medium is available as part of STEMdiff™ Gastric Organoid Differentiation Kit for the generation and differentiation of gastric hPSC-derived organoids, as well as individually for long-term maintenance of the resulting cultures.

Gastric organoids generated using the differentiation kit exhibit a cellular composition and organization that recapitulates that of the developing gastric epithelium and associated mesenchyme, providing a physiologically relevant model system for gastric research, as well as drug discovery and compound screening. Use STEMdiff™ Gastric Organoid Expansion Medium at the end of the four-stage differentiation protocol to efficiently expand these hPSC-derived gastric organoids for use in downstream applications or for cryopreservation.
