Inhibits Ca2+ release: trans-Ned-19 (IC50 = 6nM); cis-Ned-19 (IC50 = 800nM). [32P] NAADP binding: trans-Ned-19 (IC50 = 0.4nM); cis-Ned-19 (IC50 = 15µM).
