BIOARRAY™ Deoxyoligo B2 is a synthetic biotin-labelled sequence that can be used in eukaryotic expression assays and in aiding software programs by aligning the grid with the array image.

The control Deoxyoligo B2, together with the eukaryotic hybridization controls (included in Cat. No. ENZ-42661-30 or ENZ-42661-150), provides an internal control for assaying quality and performance. This is done by adding the controls to biotin-labeled target cRNA before hybridisation to probe sequences on the array.
