Caspase and granzyme substrate

Chromogenic substrate for caspase-6, -8 and granzyme B. Also a substrate for caspase-10. Similar to Ac-IETD-AMC and Ac-IETD-AFC but cleavage is monitored colorimetrically by absorbance at 405 nm.
