BIOMOL® Green provides a simple and convenient method for colorimetric phosphate quantitation. It is suitable for applications include assays for phospholipid phosphatases, tyrosyl-tRNA synthetase (coupled with pyrophosphatase) and a viral RNA triphosphatase. It is most widely applied to protein phosphatase assays.
