NucleoSpin® Gel and PCR Clean-up kits allow 2-in-1 clean up with optimised recovery and elution volume.

NucleoSpin® Gel and PCR Clean-up ensures complete removal of contaminations such as nucleotides, primers; enzymes; mineral oil; PCR additives (eg. salts, betaine, DMSO); detergents (eg. Tween 20, Triton X-100); dyes (eg. ethidium bromide, crystal violet, Stain G, Midori Green, Roti®-Safe GelStain, DNA SafeStain).
