Luminol and oxidising solutions

For chemiluminecent HRP-based detection of western blotting systems. It is soluble in most polar organic solvents but is insoluble in water.
Mix equal amounts of luminol and oxidising solution, then incubate the membrane for one minute. Expose membrane to x-ray film for at least one minute. Adjust exposure as necessary.
Applications: For chemiluminecent detection of HRP-based Western blotting systems.
Caution: Light Sensitive. Keep Cold.
