These nXDS series pumps are completely oil free, dry scroll and improved on their pumping speeds, combined with lower ultimate pressures, lower power consumption and lower noise.

Ideal for backing turbomolecular pumps, chamber evacuation, chemical applications including gel dryers and solvent recovery, electron microscopy, high energy physic, mass spectrometry.
