Fast probe master mixes

A qPCR master mix containing Cheetah™ Taq hotstart DNA polymerase, suitable for probe-based real-time PCR applications.

• 2X probe-based qPCR master mix for fast cycling protocols
• Suitable for all fluorescent probe types, including TaqMan®, BHQ®, and Molecular Beacon
• Contains Cheetah™ Taq hotstart DNA polymerase

Fast Probe Master Mix is designed for fluorescent probe-based PCR applications. It is compatible with probes such as a TaqMan®, BHQ®, and Molecular Beacon. However for most PCR applications we recommend the Forget-Me-Not™ Universal Probe Master Mix, for superior activity.

Fast Probe Master Mix is a 2X master mix, and is supplied with a separate vial of ROX reference dye, for use with high ROX, low ROX, or no ROX instruments.
