DEAE Sepharose™ Fast Flow is part of the Sepharose™ Fast Flow ion exchange platform. It is composed of cross-linked 6% agarose beads, with diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) weak anion exchange groups. Scale-up with DEAE Sepharose™ Fast Flow is straight forward.
