Block Heaters
Block heaters and coolers use interchangeable, modular blocks for housing tubes, vials, reaction vessels, and other laboratory containers. Both analogue and digital models offer repeatable results and temperature stability. An array of blocks can be purchased separately as well to meet specific needs. Shaking heaters and coolers completely mix samples at a designated temperature for homogenous blends. Sample concentrators feature quick sample evaporation when used with block heaters.

Blocks for RapidVap® Vertex™ dry block evaporators

The COD165 thermoreactor is equipped with an automatic voltage selector for voltages between 90 and 260 V with a frequency of 50 or 60 Hz. Select from five preset work temperatures of 100, 120, 150, 160, 165 °C and four preset run times of 30, 60, 120 minutes or continuous time. Simply place 16 mm round sample tubes into the digestor wells, cover with the hinged safety shield, set the temperature and time and let samples digest.
