Antibody Purification Buffers
Antibody purification buffers are necessary components in the antibody purification process, which involves selective enrichment of specific isolation of antibodies from serums, ascites fluids, or cell cultures supernatant of a hybridoma cell line. These buffers ensure high-yield, nondenaturing antibody purification, and are often provided in specialized formulations for purification of specific antibodies. Antibody purification buffers are pre-filtered and delivered ready to use, and products are available for each antibody purification method.
