HiTrap™ Protein G HP affinity columns are pre-packed with 1 or 5 ml of Protein G Sepharose™ high performance for purification and isolation of monoclonal and polyclonal IgG from ascites, serum and cell culture supernatants.
- Can be operated with a syringe, peristaltic pump or liquid chromatography system such as ÄKTAdesign™ or FPLC™ system
- Polypropylene column material which is biocompatible and non interactive with biomolecules
- Top and bottom frits are manufactured from porous polyethylene
Delivery information: Delivered with a stopper on the inlet and a snap-off end on the outlet.
