PKC inhibitor

Pseudosubstrate sequence from PKCalpha and ß. Highly specific inhibitor, which is N-terminal myristoylated to allow membrane permeability. IC50=8 µM for TPA activation of MARCKS phosphorylation in fibroblast primary cultures, and 98% inhibition at 100 µM. Partially reverses multidrug resistance in human breast cancer cells.
