Western Blot: Approximately 65-70 kDa band in human heart and thyroid lysates after 0.05 μg/mL antibody staining.5 kDa according to NP_NP_000784.2 and of 34.6 kDa according to NP_001007024.1. The 65-70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: Cryo-sectioned mouse hippocampus shows staining in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL. Data obtained from anonymous customer.

DIO2 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
