About this item
FemtoMax™ is an extremely sensitive, non radioactive, and enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). It allows for the detection of femtogram (10 to 15) amounts of antigen using photographic film or other imaging methods including highly sensitive CCD cameras.
- Clear, colourless, odourless liquid
- Blots can be repeatedly exposed to X-ray film
- Optimal results or stripped of detection reagents and re-probed
FemtoMax™ finds use in both Western blotting and enzyme immunoassay (EIA).
Delivery: Supplied as two component system- luminol reagent (reagent A) and reaction buffer (reagent B).
