1,4-Dithioerythritol ≥99%, white crystalline powder
Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Dithioerythritol is an erythro isomer of 2,3-dihydroxy-1,4-dithiolbutane, and an isomer of 1,4-dithiothreitol which is a reagent for maintaining thiols in the reduced state; prevents oxidation of sulfhydryl-containing proteins during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It also quantitatively reduces disulfides.

Human Recombinant MIP-3 B (from E. coli)
Supplier: Shenandoah Biotechnology
Macrophage inflammatory protein-3 beta (MIP-3 β), also called CCL19, is a chemokine that is expressed in the thymus, lymph nodes, and activated bone marrow stromal cells. MIP-3 β signals through the G protein-coupled receptor CCR7 to regulate normal lymphocyte recirculation. MIP-3 β also functions during T cell trafficking to the thymus, and in T cell and B cell homing to the lymph nodes and secondary lymphoid organs. Human MIP-3 β shows activity on mouse cells.

Glutaraldehyde 25% in aqueous solution
Supplier: MP Biomedicals
Glutaraldehyde is also referred to as glutaral, 1,5-pentanedione, potentiated acid glutaraldehyde, sonacide, and glutardialdehyde. Pure monomeric glutaraldehyde has an absorbance peak at 280 nm and the main impurity, possibly a polymer, has an absorbance peak at 235 nm. Upon analysis, this product is 25-28% by titration and has an A235/A280 ratio of not more than 0,5. Monomeric glutaraldehyde may be purified from polymeric glutaraldehyde by treatment with charcoal (5% w/v) and subsequent filtration (3-4 times). Untreated glutaraldehyde has an absorption at 235 nm that is 5 times greater than that at 280 nm, whereas, after three washings the values are about equal. Glutaraldehyde is a bifunctional cross-linking reagent, reacting with NH2 groups to form Schiff's bases.
