CellBrite kits are designed to label cell cytoplasmic membranes with a fluorescent membrane dye pre-dissolved as an optimised staining solution. By combining CellBrite membrane stains, it is possible to label multiple cell populations with distinctive colours, a capability useful for the studies of cell-cell interactions.
- Direct addition of the dye to normal culture media followed by a brief incubation period
- Highly lipophilic dye ensuring no dye transfer between cells, resulting in stable labelling
- Bright, photostable, and non toxic
The labelling is stable and non toxic, suitable for long-term tracking of cells.
