Phosphoramidon inhibits some metalloproteases, including thermolysin, collagenase and bacterial metallo proteases from Bacillus subtilis, Streptomyces griseus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (metallo elastase). Soluble in water, methanol and DMSO.
