The BIOne autoclavable bioreactor is available in a range of sizes including; 2, 5 and 10 L working volume. All metal components are manufactured from 316L stainless steel with electropolish.
Standard cell culture configuration includes glass vessel, stainless steel headplate, vessel stand, dual-pitched blade impellers, micro sparger, triple-addition port, overlay gas inlet port, exhaust gas outlet port, harvest tube, thermowell, sample downtube, sensor ports, single addition ports, foam probe and port plugs.
