VWR®, Ice sampler

Cylindrical probe for aseptic sampling of ice cream and similar products. The probe is completed with a special PYREX® test tube for transport of the sample to the laboratory for the food industry, also ice cream producers and health authorities.

• AISI 316L stainless steel and chromium plated brass cylindrical probe with handle
• PYREX® glass test tube
• Sterilisable

Method of use: The sterilised cylindrical probe is extracted from the test tube and inserted into the sample. The probe is transferred into the test tube and in this condition is delivered to the laboratory for testing.

 : During transport the temperature should be maintained at −20 °C. All the above operations should be aseptically performed.
