Ergonomically designed and enhanced imaging for cell culture, the CKX53 is designed for cell sampling and manipulation, especially for fluorescence observations.
- Observations in lightfield transmission and phase contrast evolutionary to fluorescence
- High contrast thanks to integrated phase system (IPC) (without ring change)
- Three-position fluorescence illuminator: Two sets of filters for excitation (blue and green), empty position, manual shutter and neutral filter slide 6%
Compatible with CKX3-SLP and IX2-SL condenser slides, CKX3-SPLIC, CKX3-SLPAS, IX2-SPLC, IX2-SLPH1, IX2-SLPH2 optical elements, CKX3-MVR object guide, CKX3-HO35DM Petri dish rack, reflective fluorescence illuminator and mercury, metal halide or LED light sources.
Ordering information: Included CACHN 10× / 0,25 Ph / IPC lens, power cable, platinum insert, Allen key, power supply, two camera cable clips with screws - contrast-inverted 3-D views, optional.
