Immobilised Iminobiotin Resin consists of iminobiotin, a cyclic guanido analog of biotin, covalently coupled to 6% crosslinked agarose. The resin allows for the purification of avidin, streptavidin and Neutravidin and their subsequent gentle elution using non denaturing elution buffers.
