Supplement for detection of CFU-F and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells.

MesenCult™ Mesenchymal Stem Cell Stimulatory Supplement (Human) is a standardised, serum-containing supplement for the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). MesenCult™ Mesenchymal Stem Cell Stimulatory Supplement (Human) is optimised for the expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells in vitro as well as their enumeration using the colony-forming unit - fibroblast (CFU-F) assay when combined with MesenCult™ MSC Basal Medium (Human). Components are pre-screened to minimise lot-to-lot variability. This supplement is also a component of MesenCult™ Proliferation Kit.
