Use ACCUTASE™ for routine cell detachment from plasticware. This solution of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes comes ready-to-use and has been shown to work effectively across a wide variety of cell types. Formulated at a lower concentration than conventional trypsin, this gentle alternative preserves cell surface epitopes for downstream flow cytometry analyses and ensures high cell viability, without the need for a neutralising solution. ACCUTASE™ does not contain mammalian or bacterial-derived products. Each lot of ACCUTASE™ is tested for sterility (by USP membrane filtration method), enzymatic activity (tested with synthetic chromagenic tetrapeptides), and cell detachment from tissue culture plastic.

Caution: Product Restrictions: (i) Customer shall not make products or any portion of them, in any way, shape or form, including as a component of another product available for the purpose of further resale or alter or remove the Product label and the Supplier’s mark of origin without express written permission of Supplier; and (ii) Customer is familiar with Supplier’s restrictions on the use of the Products and shall use the Products in compliance with such restrictions and the applicable Supplier Product Information sheet (collectively, the 'Product Restrictions').
