Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) is a buffer solution containing sodium chloride, sodium phosphate, and in some formulations potassium chloride and potassium phosphate
- Low endotoxin - <0.25 EU/ml
- Mycoplasma tested
- Liquid media products are formulated with cell culture grade WFI water
- Manufactured in a cGMP environment
PBS helps to maintain a constant pH and is isotonic and non-toxic to cells.
