Cortisol Express ELISA is a competitive assay that permits the rapid measurement of cortisol from biological samples, requiring only a two-hour incubation and one-hour development times. This ELISA offers the convenience of a fast assay while maintaining sensitivity.

 : Kit contains monoclonal antibody, AChE tracer, standard, ELISA and wash buffer, polysorbate 20, coated plate, cover sheet, ellman's reagent, tracer and antiserum dye.

 : Due to an approximate 15% cross-reactivity with dexamethasone, this kit may not be suitable for use with samples that contain high concentrations of dexamethasone, such as those collected during a dexamethasone suppression test.
