FlashGel™ RNA system

FlashGel™ system for RNA is optimised for the unique requirements of RNA, and is an ideal tool for rapid analysis of sample integrity. High quality, intact RNA is essential for consistent results in gene expression, Northern analysis, cDNA library construction and cDNA labelling for microarrays. Most protocols recommend checking RNA prior to downstream analysis.

• Complete RNA analysis in less than 30 minutes
• Detects <10 ng RNA per band, separation range 0,5 to 9 Kb
• Avoids the use of hazardous reagents and contaminating RNases

Certifications: Some components and technology of the FlashGel™ system are sold under licensing agreements. The nucleic acid stain in this product is manufactured and sold under license from Molecular Probes, Inc for use only in research applications or quality control, and is covered by pending and issued patents. The FlashGel Dock technology is licensed from Clare Chemical Research, Inc. The electrophoresis technology is licensed from Temple University.

Delivery information: Supplied as separate components or as a starter kit. Starter kit contains box of 9, 1,2%, 12+1 well FlashGel™ RNA cassettes; sample buffer; RNA marker; and molecular biology grade water. FlashGel™ dock sold separately.
