Polymer based reversed phase columns for biochemical applications.
- Polystyrene resin cross-linked with divinylbenzene
- Reversed phase application under extreme pH (pH stability 1 to 13)
- Eluent in column acetonitrile/water
NUCLEOGEL® RP columns with particle size of 100 Å are applied for reversed phase separations of small molecules such as pharmaceuticals with basic properties, nucleosides and nucleotides up to 5000 daltons; columns with 300 Å for large biomolecules (proteins, peptides etc.).
The Valco type guard column cartridge is used for analytical Valco column with the guard column holder B (MANA719539).
