Der kan fås to typer af filtre: Safe-Cone standardfilteret og Safe-Cone Plus filteret. Det anbefales at anvende standardfilteret til generelle anvendelsesområder og Plus-filteret til mere krævende opgaver som f.eks. celledyrkning, bakteriologisk og virologisk arbejde samt til molekylærbiologi.
