Phenol-chloroform, is phenol supplied premixed with chloroform:isoamyl alcohol (25:24:1) and accompanying bottle of buffer to equilibrate at either pH 6,7 or pH 8,0.

Offers excellent, nuclease-free performance
Ideal for lower pH DNA extractions and for most DNA applications
