4'-Hydroxy-3'-methoxyacetophenone ≥99% NADPH-oxidase inhibitor

Selective NADPH-oxidase inhibitor (IC₅₀ =10 μM). Inhibits production of reactive oxygen species. Also elicits a range of in vitroand in vivoanti-inflammatory effects.
