Hotplate, precision, PZ44

Cast iron GG15 plate. Robust hot plate designed for continuous operation with automatic control for precise temperatures from 20 to 450 °C, has four adjustable feet for extra stability. The required temperature is set via the digital controller and automatically remains constant. The actual temperature is displayed continuously via easy to read display.

The unit can be used in three heating stages: 825, 1650 or 3300 Watt. Each stage can be fine tuned from 10 to 100% by an electronic output controller to prevent overheating and afterheating due to excessive power. The 825 and 3300 W heating stages heat the entire plate area, while the special 1650 W stage heats only the right hand section of the plate. Creeping heat means the temperature drops off from the right-hand section to the left-hand plate edge, by approximately 40%.
