Permit real-time analysis of cell culture compound permeability (1 µm), cell migration (3 µm or 8 µm), and invasion (8 µm).
Labeled cells or compounds can be quantified directly and in real time. Detect and quantify fluorescently tagged cells or molecules both above and below the insert membrane without further cell separation, washing, or harvesting. A microporous membrane blocks light transmission from 490–700 nm. For best results, use with cell culture insert companion plates.
