Low maintenance rotary lobe pumps conform to 3A sanitary standards.

Front mounted shaft seals are fully accessible from the front of the pump for easy replacement without disturbing piping in the process line.
Bi-wing rotors require no timing adjustments and provide a high volumetric efficiency.
Rugged design incorporates heavy-duty shafts for high-pressure capability.

Pumps are approved to EHEDG (European Hygienic Equipment Design Group) and CIP/SIP standards. Remove pump casing for quick maintenance and cleaning. Reduced noise and cavitation provide for a safe and comfortable working environment. Risk of particles being shed into fluid stream is reduced with noncontacting rotors.

Mount pump heads either vertically or horizontally (must be mentioned at time of order which orientation is needed).

Pumps include NEMA 4 wash-down motors and NEMA 4 wash-down variable-speed controllers. Variable-speed operation is digital and via a keypad mounted to the pump.

Delivery: Includes hard-wired conduit box.
