Nanomat 4 anvendes til nem påsætning af prøver som spots på TLC- og HPTLC-lag. Et mærkesystem sikrer, at placeringen af prøverne overholder kravene til automatisk scanning i et densitometer. Prøverne dispenseres i volumener a 0,5 til 5 µl med engangskapillærer, der sættes i universalkapillærholderen (552 0044) vha. kapillærstyret (552 0039).
